CTX Flash Training Style

The Flash youth teams will train with a partner team (Example: U11 girls and U11 boys OR U12 boys and U11 boys). Practice numbers will be 18-32 players per practice session depending on the age group. These sessions will have 1 to 5 trainers, coaches and assistant coaches present. Training will feature groups sorted using bio-banding and like skilled players (based on training topic) to effectively grow all players efficiently. This style of training will achieve maximum player development in the shortest amount of time.
